We continue to work with Ken Bawer, along the Muddy Branch Greenway trail, pulling invasive species of plants under his direction. Directions: From the Beltway (I-495), go west on River Road for approximately 8 miles to Esworthy Road. Right (north) on Esworthy Road for approximately 1 1/2 miles. You will pass Query Mill Rd, go over a small bridge over Muddy Branch, then up a hill. Parking area is on the left at a utility cut. There is a steel guard rail. I suggest parking at an angle to allow more cars and to get your car further off the road.
